Fort Monroe documentary screened in New YorkBy DAVID NICHOLSON - 247-4794 The film explores the history, reviews the debate and considers the future of the historic fort which the U.S. Army plans to vacate by 2011. It was directed by Amy Broad of Rock Eagle Productions and produced by the Center for Regional Citizenship, a WHRO initiative designed to engage Hampton Roads citizens in discussions of local interest. Founded in 1993, The New York International Independent Film and Video Festival is the largest film festival in the world. |
